Session 1: Your Rights Are Your Power — Reading the Constitution Like It Was Written for You
Laying the constitutional foundation of the StreetWise H.E.L.P. framework, this session transforms civic literacy from abstract theory into actionable community power. Participants develop a plain-language command of their constitutional rights — civil, economic, and political — and explore how that knowledge becomes the bedrock of mission-aligned organizing, restorative justice structures, and community economic empowerment. Using the ENGAGE Framework, learners and facilitators alike discover how to bring rights education directly into their neighborhoods, equipping everyday people — adults, elders, and youth — to recognize, assert, and protect the legal protections that underpin every holding structure, business entity, and community institution built throughout this course.
- 1.1Your Rights Are Real — What the Constitution Actually Says About YouIncluded
- 1.2Rights on Paper vs. Rights in Real Life — Closing the GapIncluded
- 1.3The Constitution Is Your Superpower — On the Street and in the BoardroomIncluded
- 1.4Write It Down, Stand It Up — Documentation as Community DefenseIncluded
Your Money, Your Power: How to Build a Legal Business Structure That Works for Your Community
This module breaks down the real money moves — how to legally build a business or community holding structure that belongs to YOU and your people, not a government program or nonprofit overseer. Using the StreetWise H.E.L.P. framework, you'll learn how the Constitution already gives you the right to do commerce, own property, and build generational wealth — and exactly how to use that right. We walk through LLCs, holding companies, trusts, and family office structures in plain, everyday language built for the block, the boardroom, and the kitchen table. Whether you're a young entrepreneur just starting out, a working adult tired of building someone else's dream, or an elder ready to protect what your family has earned — this module shows you how to stack your legal foundation right, keep control in your hands, and stop depending on systems that were never designed to make you free. Florida law is the lens. Community power is the goal. Ownership is the outcome.
- 2.1The Rules of the Game — How Contract Law and Economic Rights Put Money Power in YOUR HandsIncluded
- 2.2Build Your Legal Shield — How an LLC Puts Your Mission, Your People, and Your Money in WritingIncluded
- 2.3Your Money Is Your Power — Building Legal Wealth That Creates Peace, Freedom, and a Stronger BlockIncluded

Session 3: Building the Blueprint — How LLCs, Trusts & Family Office Structures Become Weapons of Economic Freedom, Community Power & Generational Wealth for Our People
Session 3 is where we stop dreaming and start drawing the blueprint. This session breaks down — in plain, real language — how LLCs, trusts, holding companies, and family office structures are not just "business stuff for rich people." They are legal tools our people can pick up RIGHT NOW to protect what we build, pass wealth to our children, and govern our communities on our own terms. Whether you're a young person with a hustle, a parent trying to leave something behind, or an elder who's seen too many of our institutions crumble because they had no legal foundation — this session is for YOU.
Using the StreetWise H.E.L.P. framework as our guide, we connect constitutional literacy (knowing your rights), community economic empowerment (building and keeping wealth together), and restorative justice (healing and accountability built into how we operate) directly to the way you SET UP your business or community organization from day one. We show you how your founding documents — your operating agreements, your trust declarations, your bylaws — are not just paperwork. They are YOUR community's constitution.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
• Understand the difference between LLCs, trusts, holding structures, and family offices — and know which one fits your vision
• See how these structures protect your household, your block, your organization, and your legacy
• Recognize that legal formation IS an act of self-determination — and that building right from the foundation is how we make our freedom last across generations
• Begin mapping your own entity strategy, whether you're starting from zero or ready to level up what you already have
This is economic self-defense. This is generational wealth made plain. This is Freedom Readers Academy putting the blueprint in your hands.

A note from your teacher
AHMS
If you're reading this, I already know something about you. You've been doing the work — showing up in your community, teaching people their rights, helping families navigate systems that were never designed with them in mind. Maybe you've been doing it informally for years. Maybe you've been calling it a movement, a ministry, a program, a mission. And somewhere along the way, someone told you: you need to get organized. You need a structure. You need to be legal.
That advice is right. But here's what nobody tells you next: how. Not in plain language. Not in a way that respects your intelligence and your time without burying you in legalese or handing you a steep invoice before your first board meeting. That gap — between the mission you carry and the legal vehicle that protects it — is exactly what Freedom Readers Academy was built to close.
I built this curriculum around the StreetWise H.E.L.P. framework because I believe your organizational structure should reflect your values from the first document you file. Your bylaws shouldn't be boilerplate — they should name your programs: Constitutional Literacy, Economic Empowerment, Peace Operations. Your purpose statement shouldn't be vague — it should describe exactly what you do in language that holds up to scrutiny. Your compliance posture shouldn't be an afterthought — it should be something you understand, manage, and even teach inside your own organization. That's what this school delivers.
We go through every layer together. The legal framework that governs your community organizing, the economic structures that protect your family and your organization, and the restorative justice principles that give your peace work a formal, defensible shape. Nothing is left vague. Nothing is left for you to figure out alone.
And we go beyond compliance. This curriculum gives you legal tools that most organizers don't know they have — the ability to build community economic infrastructure, guide your neighbors through entity formation as a program service, and run public-facing events that serve your community legally and sustainably. This school teaches you to use every one of those advantages. Because your community deserves an organization that's not just legal — it's strategic, sustainable, and built to last.
You've already done the hard part: you decided to show up. Now let's make sure the structure shows up with you. I'll see you inside.
